In year 2005, Business Today instituted this unique initiative: the first-ever ranking of India’s best chief financial officers. We all know that the CFO’s role over the years has changed dramatically, and the objective of this study is to look at what these best CFO’s do differently. Winners are shortlisted after a rigorous analysis of the financial performance of their respective companies and scrutiny by an eminent panel of judges.The event also see the release of special issue on India’s Best CFOs followed by the actual roll of honour and award presentations.Last year thirteen CFOs were given the award and Mr. Bharat Doshi,CFO, Mahindra & Mahindra was adjudged the Best CFO.
