Although the selection of the Final 21 wonders must have been arrived at through a painstaking, transparent and scientific procedure, the fact that no marvel from India, except the Taj, finds a place may appear inexplicable to many. We have Khajuraho temples, Ajanta Ellora caves, Golden Temple, Bodh Gaya, Hampi, Konark Sun Temple and many other marvels. A country with a history spanning 5,000 years could not find any other marvel other than the Taj amongst the Final 21. India is a treasure-trove of wonders. Please post your comments.
